About The Hangar

The Hangar started out with a simple conversation between two friends as they drove to a networking meeting. Cameron Clanton and Trent Whatcott referred each other back and forth for their business services. Cameron’s business, Bones Automotive, is the leading mobile vehicle maintenance company and Trent’s business is one of the leading auto detail businesses in Utah County.

On the way to the meeting, Trent shared with Cameron his vision of creating a concierge-level service for Provo airport’s travelers. He had noticed the sub-par parking at the airport and he knew they could offer a much better experience than parking on and then dragging a suitcase through asphalt millings (gravel and chunks of asphalt).

Cameron divulged that he had long wanted to build a co-op of sorts of automotive professionals that provided the best experience possible for people who needed any type of repair on their cars.

Cameron and Trent realized as they spoke, that combining the two into an experience that served Provo and the surrounding areas would be provide Provo Airport travelers with an experience like they had never seen. The only thing that was even close was the services offered by private terminals.

It was from this discussion that the Hangar was born!
